Employee Donation Matching: Save your receipt and/or a screenshot of your payment and send it to your employer along with any required forms. As a 501(C)(3) registered nonprofit, donations are fully tax-deductible, and our Tax ID number is 91-1938018. For checks/ employer matched donations to be counted towards weekly player prizes, you must email Grace DeWitt before the prize deadline and let her know that your check is in the mail/ your donation match has been approved by your employer so that she can credit the donation to your player: Webmaster@norpointsoccer.org
